LitoConnector is the consumer-facing campaign brand operated by LitoAcquisition, a registered business name associated with ABN 57 270 363 404. Submitting either form does not create a service agreement, authorise a charge or guarantee that an enquiry will qualify.
1. Genuine authorised enquiries
Use a LitoConnector form only for a genuine service enquiry. Provide information you are authorised to share and keep it accurate. Do not impersonate another person, submit unlawful or misleading material, interfere with the website or form, or attempt unauthorised access.
You must be at least 18 years old and requesting the service for yourself or be authorised to enquire for the relevant property or project. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information.
2. One enquiry, one selected business
A Meta campaign and Instant Form are configured for a defined service, area and qualification criteria before advertising begins. More than one signed service-business client may be eligible for a campaign. After submission, we check the campaign, requested service and postcode against participating clients' recorded coverage and select one eligible client. Separate routable leads may be rotated among clients serving the same area.
A submission may be rejected as incomplete, invalid or duplicate, or held if no eligible business can be confirmed. Form answers may also be reviewed against campaign criteria; they are not currently an automatic routing gate. An accepted lead is delivered to one selected business only. We do not send that same accepted lead to a second client, auction it or broadcast it to competing providers. You remain free to contact and compare other businesses yourself.
3. Website enquiries
The website form is separate from Meta campaign forms. It sends your details to LitoAcquisition's LitoConnector HighLevel account for review. No service business is assigned or automatically receives this enquiry when you submit. LitoAcquisition may contact you about it and will explain and seek any permission needed before disclosing it to a particular business.
4. LitoAcquisition's role
LitoAcquisition operates the campaign under the LitoConnector brand, receives the form submission, applies the form rules and delivers an accepted lead to one selected eligible client. LitoAcquisition is paid by that client for qualifying leads. It does not provide the trade, repair, installation, advice or professional service you requested.
5. Permission to contact you
The Meta form asks permission for your enquiry to be assessed and, if it can be routed, supplied to one eligible participating business selected for your service and area. That business may contact you by the channels stated in the form about the enquiry. This is not consent to unrelated marketing, and you may withdraw permission for future contact.
6. The selected business
The selected business is responsible for its contact, assessment, quote, availability, licences, insurance, advice, work, pricing, payment arrangements, privacy practices and customer obligations. Any agreement for services is between you and that business. Review its identity, credentials, scope, terms and quote before engaging it.
7. No endorsement or service guarantee
Being selected for delivery does not mean every project answer has been independently verified. It is not an endorsement or guarantee of the business's quality, suitability, credentials, safety, results, value or availability. Submission also does not guarantee contact, a quote, price, response time, appointment or completed service.
8. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. Rights relating to a service purchased from an independent business will generally be exercised against that business.
9. Content privacy and external services
Website content and branding belong to LitoAcquisition or their respective rights holders. You may view the website and share links, but may not reproduce protected content or branding without permission. The Inter font is supplied under its SIL Open Font License.
Meta, HighLevel, the selected business and other campaign systems have their own terms and privacy practices. Read the privacy policy for information about collection, qualification and delivery.
10. Availability and updates
We take reasonable care with website information but cannot promise uninterrupted website or platform availability. Updates do not retrospectively alter an agreement made with the independent business or remove legal rights.
11. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without excluding any mandatory right available under another law. Contact contact@litoacquisition.com with a website, campaign or complaint enquiry.
