1. Who this policy covers
LitoConnector is the consumer-facing campaign brand operated under the LitoAcquisition registered business name (ABN 57 270 363 404). LitoAcquisition creates Meta advertising campaigns for independent service-business clients. Privacy enquiries can be sent to contact@litoacquisition.com.
Each Meta Instant Form is registered to a campaign's service and market before the ad runs. A campaign may serve more than one signed client. For an accepted enquiry, the service and postcode are checked against participating clients' agreed coverage before one eligible client is selected. The website form is a separate general enquiry to LitoAcquisition and is not automatically assigned to a service business.
2. Information collected
A Meta Instant Form may collect your name, phone number, email address, project location, requested service, timing, project type or size, decision-making authority, readiness information and other answers that may be used to assess that campaign's agreed qualification criteria. The exact questions differ between campaigns. The form disclosure must explain that one eligible participating service business may receive a qualifying enquiry, selected using the service and location you provide.
The website enquiry form collects first and last name, phone number, email address, postcode and the service details you choose to enter. It is hosted by HighLevel/LeadConnector and saved in the dedicated LitoConnector HighLevel account for LitoAcquisition to review. It is not automatically delivered to a service-business client. HighLevel also records submission time and technical data such as IP address.
We may also record the Meta lead, page, form, campaign and advertisement identifiers, submission time, any available verification status, duplicate status, selected client and delivery record. The collection notice and contact permission are presented in the Meta form; our routing record does not itself store the full wording you saw. Do not submit unnecessary identity documents, financial account details, health information or personal information about another person. These forms are intended for adults requesting a service for themselves or authorised to enquire for the relevant property or project.
3. How the information is collected and used
Meta collects the answers through an Instant Form on Facebook or Instagram and sends the submission to the connected campaign systems. Meta also handles account, advertising, device and technical information under its own terms and privacy policy.
If you use the website form, HighLevel collects and stores your answers so LitoAcquisition can assess and respond to that enquiry. No client delivery is configured for this form. We will explain any proposed disclosure to a particular service business and obtain the permission needed before sharing your website enquiry with it.
LitoAcquisition uses the submitted information to identify the campaign, check for duplicates and a usable postcode, compare the service and postcode with participating clients' recorded coverage, and select one eligible client. When more than one client is eligible, separate leads are rotated among them. Form answers may be reviewed against campaign criteria, but the routing system does not currently use custom answers to automatically accept or reject a lead. We keep business and delivery records and handle complaints or legal obligations. Contact us if you believe a record or result is wrong.
A submitted form is not automatically a qualified or billable lead and does not guarantee contact, a quote, price, availability, appointment or completed service.
4. Who receives the information
For a Meta campaign form, if the submission can be routed and a participating business is eligible for the service and postcode, the enquiry and contact details are delivered to that one selected service-business client. LitoAcquisition is paid by that client for qualifying leads. We do not send the same accepted lead to another client, resell it, auction it or broadcast it to competing providers. The selected business is responsible for its own contact, quoting, privacy and service practices after delivery.
Providers used to operate the campaign may also handle information:
- Meta hosts the campaign and Instant Form.
- HighLevel (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) hosts the website form and provides customer relationship management, qualification records and delivery evidence.
- Zapier may route authorised campaign form and lead information between approved systems when that workflow is configured.
- Cloudflare delivers and protects this website and runs the lead-routing service; Google provides LitoAcquisition's business email service.
We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.
5. Overseas processing
These providers operate internationally. Information may be processed in the United States and India and in other countries where the provider or its subprocessors operate; we do not promise Australian-only storage. Where cross-border privacy rules apply, we take reasonable steps appropriate to the service and information involved before using an overseas recipient. Provider information is available from Meta, HighLevel, Zapier, Cloudflare and Google.
6. Contact permission
The website form asks for permission for LitoAcquisition to use your details to respond about that enquiry. It does not name or authorise automatic delivery to a service business or enrol you in unrelated marketing.
The Meta form must explain that, if your enquiry qualifies, it may be supplied to one eligible participating service business selected for your service and area, and that business may contact you by the stated channels about that enquiry. It must link this policy. If this is not clear on the form, do not submit it and contact us. This permission does not enrol you in unrelated marketing.
You may withdraw permission for future contact. Any commercial email or SMS must identify the sender, provide current contact details and include a working unsubscribe option. Withdrawal does not undo a delivery or contact already made while the permission applied.
7. Security and retention
We use restricted access, provider security controls, campaign and form identifiers, validation rules, duplicate controls and delivery records to protect and trace enquiries. No internet, advertising or CRM service is completely secure. We assess suspected data breaches and make notifications required under applicable law.
For routed Meta enquiries, Cloudflare may store an encrypted copy of contact details and form answers for a 30-day recovery window so held or failed deliveries can be reviewed and recovered. Recovery is blocked after that window, and an hourly process deletes expired ciphertext; lead identifiers and assignment status may remain for audit and duplicate prevention. Separate campaign records may be held in Meta, HighLevel, Zapier and business correspondence. We retain those records while needed to assess and deliver enquiries, manage replacements or disputes, keep appropriate records or meet legal requirements. Inactive records are reviewed after 12 months without meaningful activity and deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. That wider review is manual, not an automatic deletion deadline for every provider copy.
8. Access correction and complaints
Email us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or request deletion where applicable. We may verify your identity using proportionate information and will explain any lawful reason we cannot meet a request.
Send a privacy complaint to contact@litoacquisition.com. We will acknowledge it, investigate and aim to respond within 30 days. If the Australian Privacy Act applies and you remain dissatisfied, you may be able to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
9. This website and policy changes
This website includes a HighLevel website enquiry form. Cloudflare may process technical and security data to deliver the site. We use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and ads, and for retargeting, only after you choose Accept. Opt out keeps this optional tracking off. You can change your choice using Privacy choices in the footer without reloading the page. Your choice does not affect submitting an enquiry or our response to it. Meta may use cookies, device information and, if automatic advanced matching is enabled, eligible contact details available to the Pixel on our site. The HighLevel form runs in a separate frame and is not directly read by our website Pixel. Opting out stops future website Pixel events; it does not remove data already sent while tracking was allowed. We do not use Google Analytics on this website. Read the cookies and tracking notice.
The date above identifies this version. We will update this policy and the relevant form notice before making a material change to collection, use or disclosure.
